We chose Kendal and Mark to do our 1910 villa renovation in St Mary's bay from 3 different builders. We chose him because we liked him and because he gave us a very detailed quote. This made us feel more comfortable because we had a definite budget and we didn't want any nasty surprises. Kendal had great attention to detail and listened to everything we said.
