Over the years Dan has assisted countless clients with funding for both residential new builds and renovations. He discovered that helping people realise their building dreams was something he was highly passionate about. As a result, he decided that it was time for a career change.

Dan has extensively renovated both of the homes he has owned. He, therefore, understands the stresses and frustrations renovations can produce. As a result, he is focused on lowering homeowners’ stress levels by keeping lines of communication open and ensuring things run smoothly.
