Kelley gained significant experience managing large teams and sophisticated projects in her previous role as Lead Product Manager for a global media organisation.

Now a Refresh home renovation consultant, she has the skills to help clients achieve their dream renovations on time and on budget, making sure her team delivers quality results.

Having substantially renovated three of her own properties, Kelley clearly understands the pain points clients can face and is therefore dedicated to providing the highest level of service through her project management skills and attention to detail.

In addition to her project management qualifications and experience, Kelley has a BSc in Human Biology and an MSc in Air Transport Safety Management. In her spare time, Kelley loves to fly and has held her Private Pilots Licence for almost 20 years, initially learning in Norwich, where she’s originally from.
