Rob began his career in 1994 with the New Zealand Police.  In 2000, together with his wife Lisa, he travelled to the UK, where he retrained and worked in Finance for 6 years.

In 2006, Rob and Lisa returned to New Zealand for the birth of their son Jack.  Rob then joined a national health and rehabilitation organization where he became General Manager of one of its subsidiary companies.

Rob has always been interested in the construction industry, with his family always being heavily involved within it.  In 2012, Rob and Lisa built their own house in the Rodney district, where today they enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and community feel.

I have built strong relationships, with an emphasis on co-operation and driven numerous negotiations with a variety of stakeholders.”

Rob purchased the Rodney / Kaipara Refresh Renovations franchise in 2017.
