The main living room under floor needs special attention and Evie engages a cheap guy to do the work – only to find later it is faulty and may need ripping up and starting again at great expense. This causes a hold up to the project internally, but externally, the deck is looking magnificent

With the council back onside the landscaping recommences in earnest. The team also set out to create a 3rd bedroom – come media room, from what begins as a strange workshop - come storeroom - space downstairs with an unusually low ceiling. Outside the landscaping includes the installation of a spa and outdoor fireplace.

Our first job is the Master Bedroom, but there are challenges a plenty with rotting floor boards to deal with and then the horrifying discovery that the old clay pipes throughout the property are blocked and need replacing. The team was still able to produce a stunning main bedroom with ensuite – making the most of the spectacular views?
