Jim Gleeson is Renovation Consultant of KKG Ltd, a franchisee of Renovation Franchise Ltd, doing business in Auckland Central.
Jim Gleeson has 25 years’ experience in electronic technician, operations, and management roles. In 2004 Jim was the Operations Manager of a leading technology and automation business in Auckland. Using his strong combination of technical expertise and management experience, Jim led and managed a team of internationally acclaimed home automation installers, and was integral in planning, system design, installation, and project management. Jim’s performance and solid understanding of business practices led to a role as Chief Financial Officer, where he provided financial management across all operations and projects.
Jim draws on this experience to provide a friendly and welcoming contact for homeowners wishing to renovate. Jim has the project management and staff/subcontractor relationships to ensure that any project that he undertakes comes in on time, and on budget, with a focus on the end result for his clients.
To deliver projects across Auckland, Jim has put together a cohesive, full-time team including Project Managers, Builders (LBPs) and Apprentice Builders. The administration team is managed by Del Gleeson, providing crucial support across all business operations. With their core focus “To Exceed Expectations” underpinning business practices, Jim and Del have been operating a strong, well-established franchise since 2012 and they’re ready to work with you on your renovation project.

Jim’s qualifications include the New Zealand Diploma of Business with Accounting Major (NZDipBus), HR diplomas, and qualifications as an Electrical Service Technician. Jim has undertaken many CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design & Installers Association) courses both in New Zealand and Australia. Jim and Del have twin daughters and enjoy fishing, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
