With many years of experience, working on large scale commercial build projects and refits, Matt brings a unique understanding of the Refresh ethos to his project management. He believes that proper planning for projects is imperative to the smooth running of a build.
Matt’s background in Material Engineering with the Navy has given him a technical knowledge base and personal discipline which ensures that customers' projects will be organised, budgeted and managed to the highest degree, not to mention an eagle eye for snagging.

Domestic build project management

Making up one half of our integrated project management partner, Matt utilises his years of experience in Engineering, Design and Project Management to ensure clients satisfaction from conception to completion. With an in-depth understanding of CDM regulations, health and safety and risk assessments, Matt and his team ensure that all projects are running in a safe and de-risked manner.
In his spare time Matt likes to go for walks, utilises his engineering background tinkering with cars, and racing.
