Will Refresh® take care of any necessary Auckland Council consent applications?

Before we enter the build stage of your project, Refresh® will advise you of any building or resource consent requirements and will take care of any necessary applications for you. If you plan on making structural adjustments to your home, or if your renovation has the potential to affect the local neighbourhood and environment, consent will be required. For further information, please see building.govt.nz or speak with your renovation specialist.
