Will Refresh Renovations take care of any necessary Council consent applications?

Before we enter the build stage of your project, Refresh Renovations Consultant will advise you of any building or resource consent requirements and will take care of any necessary applications for you. If you plan on making structural adjustments to your home, or if your renovation has the potential to affect the local neighbourhood and environment, consent will be required.
