Introducing William Nelson, our new Renovation Consultant in Pensacola

We are pleased to welcome William Nelson as our newest Renovation Consultant, based in Pensacola, Florida.

With a wealth of expertise in customer service, William brings a solid skillset to his role with Refresh. Over the years, William has worked in a variety of roles, from time serving in the Air Force to a managerial position at an award-winning financial institution. This experience has equipped him with excellent communication and organizational skills, critical for success in the renovation industry. 

A passion for home renovation led William to embark on a career change and, as a Renovation Consultant, he is looking forward to delivering excellent customer experiences in the construction industry.
William believes the process of turning a homeowner’s vision into reality should be an exciting and enjoyable journey. That is why he’s decided to dedicate himself entirely to assisting homeowners across Pensacola with creating the home of their dreams.
