Very professional and extremely helpful. Leigh kept me informed about the comings and goings of all the tradespeople. This was important as I have an old dog who lives in the house and I was at work some of the days. Richard Andrew and Hussain were fantastic closing the doors so that he didn't escape. He's a bit of a Houdini with no road sense so this was important to me. I couldn't be happier with the end result. My ensuite is better than I could have hoped for as it is a small space. It's opened it up and seems so much larger. Very much enjoying my spacious shower.

We recently used Refresh Renovations Waikato and are delighted by the end result! The renovation included a totally new kitchen layout, some alterations to a bathroom, new flooring and having the whole house painted internally. Plus new lighting throughout the house. When I was undertaking a renovation in my apartment I decided to employ a renovation company, as the thought of independently sourcing and coordinating the number of different trades involved was a little daunting. I engaged Saleem Bhikoo from Refresh Renovations, as his company had done an amazing job renovating the kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my daughter"s place. I am very pleased that I made that decision. Saleem listened very well to everything I wanted and was able to take the project organisation and delivery off my hands. I've had two renovations done by Refresh. Both by Saleem in Auckland. One renovation was for my home and one for my business. Both went really well. They were well within the expected time frame and budget. Saleem managed everything really closely and was very good at maintaining regular communication. I also really like the app they use so you can see what's happening. Saleem managed any issues we had really quickly and there was minimal stress. Very happy with the quality of both jobs.

We came across Refresh Renovations via a google search. After speaking to the big advertisers in the industry we were left dissatisfied by them. Then we had our first meeting with Julie Gittus - she spoke with her own experiences and instantly made us understand our renovation is possible. I am very pleased with my new kitchen fittings. From the outset of this work, it was a pleasure to deal with Lia and Tina. To me, it was a great advantage having two women as project managers rather than two men, especially at the initial planning stages of the project. I would have never thought of the scullery/pantry idea.
May I also say a word of praise for all the various tradesmen who fitted it out. They did a good job and quickly. Also, they were, without exception, very polite and pleasant to deal with. In future, where appropriate, I will recommend your company.

Dom and Rebecca from Refresh Renovations did an outstanding job project managing our kitchen replacement. They helped with planning and design, had many great suggestions that added to the final look, organized an efficient team of tradies that actually turned up when they said they would and who all took great pride in their work. Dealing with Rob and his team for our kitchen and laundry renovation was an absolute pleasure. Rob's coordination of the sub-trades was superb, often having to deal with changes at short notice. Any queries were responded to and followed up immediately.

Jim Gleeson and Refresh Renovations have worked with us over the last couple of years to extensively renovate our home - re-roofing, renovating our upper level including replacing some windows and glass, and then the biggie, new kitchen, dining room and redecorating our living area. It has been a complex project and having Jim and the Refresh team coordinating it made all the difference. Budgets were comprehensive, so we were always confident of the work being done to our specifications, and knew exactly what proposed changes would add to the cost. We had been looking for a builder/renovator for six months prior to finding Refresh and struggled to find anyone that would recommend their builder.

Dominic Hollands of Refresh Renovations carried out a renovation project at my house in Massey, West Auckland mid to late last year. This included a full renovation of the upstairs bathroom, updating of the downstairs bathroom, a complete update of the electrical switchboard and other outlets (to enable compliance), complete new external guttering and roof clean and repaint, mould maintenance work in the bedrooms, and kitchen tiling.

Dominic came up with cost effective solutions to my scope and based on my budget. He also managed all the issues that arose during the project (non-compliant switchboard and bathroom heater being two of them). His suggestion to repair and repaint (with a special paint) the roof instead of re-roofing is saved me a lot of money.

I live in Australia and so was reliant on Dominic to manage the project to schedule and budget (which he did), as well as liaising with my tenants who were living there at the time. Myself and the tenants were very happy with how the project went. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him for other’s renovation.

We live about 100 km from our apartment in Auckland, so it was important that our renovation project was managed by someone we could trust to co-ordinate all the trades, liaise with the Body Corporate and who understood our requirements thoroughly. Dominic professionally managed this complexity throughout the entire project keeping us regularly updated on progress and capably dealing with the minor niggles that can arise with such projects.

The budget was agreed once the project was priced up and was honoured despite a few minor changes being necessary once the work had commenced. Nothing was a major problem and it was easy to discuss various alternative solutions with Dominic.

The finished results look great and are a testament to Dominic’s commitment to managing a successful outcome – sometimes going above and beyond the remit of a project manager to ensure that minor details were addressed. We would certainly recommend Dominic to anyone contemplating a renovation project – even in an apartment situation!

We liked the fact that Refresh Renovations work with a fixed price contract and also dealt with all of the suppliers. They were able to come up with excellent ideas and suggestions for the building plans.

 Yesterday Tas finished the last two tasks from our bathroom and toilet renovation project. Now everything is complete, looking nice and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. Our en suite renovation was completed this week by Paul Cree and Tas. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Both Paul and Tas were extremely helpful with our many enquiries and all of our requests were dealt with on a professional manner. I would recommend Refresh because they are good at problem-solving and look to work with the client to deliver the client’s brief. There are unexpected issues on every build and what separates good builders from bad is the way they communicate with the client when these issues occur. Refresh Renovations excel at such communications so I’d be more than happy to recommend them to others.

We are currently in the Concept and Feasibility stage of the project, our experience with Refresh has been that they are always on time for appointments, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.

The reno isn't done yet so it is too early to say but my wife and I have really enjoyed working with Refresh, they have been a great help.
