Jim Gleeson has 25 years experience in electronic technician and management roles. In 2004 Jim joined Automation Associates as the Operations Manager. Using his strong combination of technical expertise and management experience, Jim led and managed a team of internationally acclaimed home automation installers, and was integral in planning, system design, installation, and project management. Jim’s performance and solid understanding of business practice led him to become the Chief Financial Officer where he provided financial management across all of the operations and projects.
Now as a Refresh Auckland home renovation consultant, Jim draws on this experience to provide a friendly and welcoming contact for home owners wishing to renovate. Jim has the project management and staff/subcontractor relationships to ensure that any project that he undertakes comes in on time, and on budget, with a focus on the end result for his clients.

Jim is married with twin girls, lives in central Auckland and built his own home 3 years ago. Jim’s qualification’s include the New Zealand Diploma of Business with Accounting Major (NZDipBus), HR diplomas, and qualifications as an Electrical Service Technician. Jim has undertaken many CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design & Installers Association) courses both in New Zealand and Australia.
