Will Refresh® take care of any required consent applications?

Should your project require resource or building consent, Refresh Renovations® will take care of the application process for you. Resource consent is likely to be needed if you are planning on building a new garage, if your renovation requires earthmoving or if your renovation poses a potential threat to the surrounding environment. Building consent is generally needed for any structural changes to your home e.g. additions/extensions.
