From the initial consult through to the end, the Team were communicative, offered solutions, supportive, approachable and efficient. It made what was deemed to be a daunting project into an absolute breeze. They embraced a new cladding product and absolutely owned it. We can not recommend them enough. They will definitely be our go-to in the future.

This is the second time I have used Refresh - the first time involved a cost-effective solution to our garage and parking issues. It is fantastic. I commissioned Lia and her team to do an extension at my property, I found Lia and her team to be very helpful, trustworthy and the quality of the work was of a very high standard. The organisation and communication was excellent, overall I'm extremely pleased with the whole project and the way it turned out. The house now looks very modern and the extension doesn't look like an extension, it looks as it is part of the house.

From the moment Rachel from Refresh Renovations came for a home visit, we knew we were in good hands. We did not hesitate to engage Rachel throughout our bathroom renovation from the beginning to the end. Rachel ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible including organising the trades (plumber, builders, electrician, glazier, flooring, shower dome installer). Dominic Hollands of Refresh Renovations carried out a renovation project at my house in Massey, West Auckland mid to late last year. This included a full renovation of the upstairs bathroom, updating of the downstairs bathroom, a complete update of the electrical switchboard and other outlets (to enable compliance), complete new external guttering and roof clean and repaint, mould maintenance work in the bedrooms, and kitchen tiling.

Dominic came up with cost effective solutions to my scope and based on my budget. He also managed all the issues that arose during the project (non-compliant switchboard and bathroom heater being two of them). His suggestion to repair and repaint (with a special paint) the roof instead of re-roofing is saved me a lot of money.

I live in Australia and so was reliant on Dominic to manage the project to schedule and budget (which he did), as well as liaising with my tenants who were living there at the time. Myself and the tenants were very happy with how the project went. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him for other’s renovation.
