I commissioned Lia and her team to do an extension at my property, I found Lia and her team to be very helpful, trustworthy and the quality of the work was of a very high standard. The organisation and communication was excellent, overall I'm extremely pleased with the whole project and the way it turned out. The house now looks very modern and the extension doesn't look like an extension, it looks as it is part of the house.

We have always have confidence in Refresh because once a project is accepted they accompany the tradesman on the first visit, visit the site at intervals as the work progresses and visit again with the appropriate tradesman to sign off the work, ensuring at all stages that we are 100% satisfied.

We had a double bedroom, ensuite and double garage addition to our home. A big project, but we found Guy Cobcroft and his team very pleasant to work with, honest and reliable. The work was completed well, not only within the approximate time line set but also within our budget. I would not hesitate to recommend their services for other renovation work.

I would highly recommend Sharon Giblett from Refresh Renovations in Tauranga. I needed my leaking shower and vinyl flooring in the bathroom replaced and also had the ceiling replaced in most of my house. The project was completed within the time frame given to me. When we bought our first house three years ago we knew it needed some work, but thanks to Lia and her team we've started 2023 in what feels like a brand new home. Our little 1960's weatherboard house has been modernised without losing it's 'Kiwi' character. A bright new open-plan kitchen/lounge, a seperate laundry, toilet, and bathroom, along with a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. All which was done on time, and during a pandemic - very professional. It is a home we are very proud of, and we have you, Tina, Mike, and all your team to thank. Yours Sincerely Tony and Yuki

Alan and  his crew have been a fantastic bunch of people to work with.  I am a non-technical woman, who quite frankly did not understand any of the terminology that builders, etc use.  Definitely not my thing! Alan calmly worked me through all of this.
- The first job he completed for me was the replacement of an out-of-date half window from my lounge with bi-fold doors which has allowed me to completely open the lounge into a small courtyard.  – Great job – everyone remarks on the light and airiness of the room now.  I have an added plus from this – because the doors were double-glazed (and I live on a busy street) I am virtually soundproof now.
- Next came removal and replacement of the front door – I now have (again double-glazed) a solid wood door with observation glass panel for security.
- The third job they did was to remove the door at the base of the stairs (through the wall from the bi-folds) and replace it with a double-glazed floor-ceiling window (opens for ventilation).  Again fantastic job.
Next on the list is complete renovation of my bathroom and painting of the exterior of my house. If I had not been happy with the first job – I never would have contemplated giving them the others.  I find them knowledgeable, helpful, their work habits are tidy and they are as non-intrusive as they can be in a small unit. Would I recommend them? – yes, in a heartbeat.

Great communication, always willing to work with you and make time when needed. Our renovations were completed within expected time and very high quality. Steve and team thank you.
