How much will my kitchen installation cost?

Before your kitchen installation begins we will present you with a fixed quote based on your specifications. If your original ideas don’t match your budget, we can offer advice and guidance on how to adjust your design so that it meets your desired cost. While our kitchen designs and builds tend to fall within a range of $40,000 - $140,000, your project may cost more or less depending on your requirements. For a cost estimate accurate to your specific requirements, please consult your local renovation specialist. 

Will Refresh take care of any required council consent?

Generally, if you are planning to stay within your kitchen’s original layout with a like-for-like replacement, council consent will not be needed. However, if your kitchen installation requires structural adjustments to your home, council consent probably will be needed. If this is the case, your renovation specialist will take care of the application process for you. They will advise you on any required council consent procedures before the installation begins.

How can I achieve a low-maintenance kitchen?

Low maintenance kitchens come down to the layout and materials you choose. For your layout, aim to keep every area within easy access. A combination of pull-out cabinets, open-plan design and good quality task lighting will keep things functional and accessible. When you are considering materials, smooth surfaces will be the easiest to clean. Engineered stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, polished concrete or luxury vinyl flooring and ceramic cooktops will make it much easier to keep your kitchen clean and tidy.
