With a passion for quality, sustainability and home improvements, Paul Cree is leading a team of highly skilled and dedicated home renovation builders to help local homeowners create their dream homes.
Paul, who comes from a leading professional services consultancy, is passionate about high levels of customer service and constantly looks at how he can make renovating more simple, more fun and less stressful for his customers. His keen eye for detail, high-quality standards, innovative thinking, and excellent communication are key characteristics of his approach.
Before following his passion and moving into the renovation industry, Paul studied engineering at University, gaining a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He quickly moved into engineering consulting where he supported clients for over 15 years to find solutions to their problems across a range of industries. He is an accomplished Project Manager, having spent many years managing complex multimillion-dollar engineering projects before moving into a General Manager role where he established and grew the Melbourne branch of a leading international engineering consultancy.
Having grown up in the colder climes of the UK, Paul has a real appreciation of how well-insulated homes can be far more comfortable, healthier and energy-efficient than some older Melbourne homes, especially Victorian terraces or Queen Anne style properties. Sustainability is a key focus for him. It’s about creating healthy homes for healthy lifestyles, but also about saving money in the long run, by adopting best practise principles such as using passive solar heat and incorporating energy-efficient lighting, insulation and double-glazing.
Paul has extensive knowledge about all aspects of renovating, gained through both years of providing high-quality renovations to homeowners and through his constant drive to keep at the forefront of industry best practice through research and education, which includes a Certificate IV qualification in Building and Construction.
With his team of experts, Paul covers many of the Eastern Melbourne suburbs including Kew, Hawthorne, Camberwell, Balwyn, Box Hill, Surrey Hills, Blackburn, Glen Waverly, Doncaster and Templestowe, as well as surrounding regions.
When not working hard to deliver the dream renovation for their customers, Paul is either renovating his own home, cooking, camping or hiking.
