This one-bedroom unit in Lynfield was old, tired, and in need of a complete makeover. The owner wanted a fresh, modern look inside and out.

The space hadn't been updated in many years, so the Refresh Renovation team planned a complete renovation, including a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, new front door, new window with sliding door access, dedicated laundry space and storage solutions, plus updated ceilings, flooring, and cladding.

The goal was to make the small unit feel stylish, comfortable, and completely refreshed, while also improving its functionality.

Project Execution

Full Demolition

The unit was completely stripped back. Old fixtures, fittings, and materials were removed to make way for the new design.

New Kitchen & Bathroom

The kitchen and bathroom were rebuilt from scratch. A new bathroom window was installed, and modern bathroom fixtures were fitted. The kitchen was designed for both style and efficiency.

Interior Upgrades

• New ranch slider and front door installed.
• New internal doors added.
• Switchboard upgraded for safety and reliability.
