How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Manawatū?
A full bathroom renovation in Manawatū generally starts from approximately $28,000*.
The final cost will depend on the size and condition of your existing bathroom, the products and finishes selected, and the complexity of the proposed design.
Factors that can increase the cost include:
- Moving plumbing fixtures
- Changing the existing layout
- Installing a tiled or walk-in shower
- Floor-to-ceiling tiling
- Adding or enlarging windows
- Structural or framing alterations
- Repairing hidden water damage
- Adding a new ensuite
- Custom cabinetry
- Premium fixtures and finishes
- Building consent requirements
Keeping the existing layout and choosing standard products will generally be more affordable than a major redesign involving structural work, extensive tiling or relocated plumbing.
During your initial consultation, Wayne can discuss your priorities and help you establish a realistic starting budget for your project.
“We were really impressed with the process, the genuine interest in our renovation, and the amazing attention to detail from Michael. The sub-contractors were great too. Many thanks to TJ as well for the fabulous customer service; at the beginning during the enquiry stage, keeping us up-to-date throughout the renovation, and even through to the admin and invoicing.”
