Our project was handled by Mike & the refresh team. We were very happy with the whole experience. Mike was very easy to deal with & the work completed to a high standard.

We decided to renovate our 1979 era bathroom, kitchen, toilet and laundry all at one time. Mathew helped us with our design ideas and was very patient as we took time to look for choose our colours and fittings, something we wanted to do. Once work started he kept us informed and visited regularly to check that progress was going as planned. There were a few minor hiccups but Mathew sorted these out promptly with no stress or worry for us. The tradies were all well co-ordinated, and I think we had every tradie you could think of involved in this project, they were very respectful of our home and kept the site clean and tidy. Our work was finished on time and on budget and to a very high standard. Mathew was available to answer any questions we had and was so helpful and patient with us first time renovators. We love our new rooms, they feel fresh, clean and modern, they turned out how we had them pictured in our heads.

Our unit is small, but the renovation task was huge and involved numerous trades. The final product is a well designed, well insulated comfortable unit with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, relined, rewired, repainted - fully renovated. Tina’s expertise and flair for design used the very limited space available in clever and creative ways. Dani’s attention to detail, outstanding communication and coordination of numerous trades was truly impressive. The team adopted a problem solving approach to any obstacles and the work was finished within budget and time frames. Most importantly, everyone was professional, friendly and so easy to deal with. We would highly recommend them.

Andre (Refresh Renovations) and the builder did a great job renovating our home. The job involved creating an upstairs area by adding 2 extra bedrooms, as well as removing interior walls to open up the existing space and creating a new kitchen. They were very professional. Andre worked closely with us to ensure the new work would meet our expectations & needs.

We had Danielle and Peter help us quote and investigate doing extensive renovations to our home. They were wonderful to work with, always professional, great communication. They made the process easy and were very down to earth. We would absolutely recommend working with them and should we have any renovation needs in the future would have no hesitation to employ their services again.

Kris and his team did our bathroom renovation and kitchen floor tiling and they were great. Although not the biggest job we were never made to feel as though it was a "side job". Any queries we had were answered, any problems were solved. Kris went out of his way to help make the job easier - even helping on the weekend. They understood our situation of three young kids and one bathroom! All the trades used were great - they were polite, respectful and ensured the place was tidy at the end of the day.
