We recently used Saleem and his team for a total renovation of our 2 bedroom unit. We found the entire process exceeded our expectations and the project was well managed and completed on time - it was a tight timeline of 3 months to have it move-in ready. The workmanship of all the trades involved was of a high standard. At all stages through the process, there was clear communication, a common-sense approach, regular meetings and with the customer portal that you get access to, we could always see the total costs, change requests, approvals and the timeline. We would definitely use Saleem and his team again for future projects as he really made the entire process stress free for us and delivered an amazing result.

Paul and his team were very professional right from the start of our interaction to renovate our master ensuite. Once the job was underway the process went very smoothly. Refresh addressed our questions and concerns; the tradies were all excellent and they took special care not to damage or disrupt the rest of the household while the renovation took place. So glad we went with Mandy Foster and her team. They spoke in terms we understood, considered what we wanted and asked questions to make sure they understood.

We wanted an updated bathroom that felt like it worked for us. We had some definite ideas we wanted to be incorporated – a walk-in shower, colours, good storage - and we got them.

And we had a budget we wanted to stick to.

Mandy and her team organised the tradies, and people came and went without any hitches - from our point of view. They sourced everything but we still feel like it’s our bathroom – the options they showed us were all variations of the things we wanted. And they stuck to our budget.

So happy with the final result. We would definitely use Mandy and her team again – we still have another bathroom to do, and a whole house after that.

Jeff & his team (thank you especially Melissa) helped me with a bathroom/toilet/flooring project I had been putting off for years. They helped coordinate all the trades involved & their attention to detail meant I ended up with a much higher standard or workmanship & significantly less headaches. Thank you so much.

Rachel was fantastic to work with and is really exactly who you want if you’re renovating from a distance! She communicated regularly and clearly through the quote and design process which gave us the confidence to take the plunge. I immediately got the sense Rachel “got me” and my vision (as well as the budget). Progress on the build itself was swift and when there were changes to the timeline/plans/products again communication was great and I felt included and informed even from afar. I’m particular about how I like things and renovating can be overwhelming - having time and information was key. We were supported all the way through to the final touches at the end. I appreciated her warm, friendly as well as professional approach.
