John’s role as Renovation Consultant provides essential dedicated project management for every client’s project. This includes managing budgets, timelines, specialist consultants and subcontractors.
He has a vast knowledge of building practices and will bring clients definitive solutions to their renovation requirements. His attention to detail coupled with comprehensive project management experience of a wide range of projects will provide clients with an assurance that their renovation can be delivered on time and on budget.
John works closely with his wife Maree and they aim to make renovating an exciting and enjoyable experience, as any realisation of a dream should be. Together, they hope their customers will get the solution that is truly reflective of their unique wants and needs. They deliver this using a consultative approach and proven processes.
John understands all aspects of a project. He can advise on both design and build aspects to ensure that as a client you get the solution that best fits your requirements. He is truly a one stop shop. He is honest and upfront and believes in providing expert advice and value that results in the best solution for the client.
John has a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Marketing. He has 4 years of experience working in Commercial Construction as a Site manager on high rise projects, 12 years with Fletcher Residential in Project and site supervision as well as Branch Management and a Head Office consulting role, and 20 plus years of managing his own building company that specialises in masonry homes and high-end architectural new builds and renovations.
