Steve’s business acumen is broadened by having served as Secretary for his local Property Investors Association. He also serves on the board of his family-run dairy operation. Steve has also worked on various commissioning projects for a large corporate company. Now, Steve project manages home renovations and liaises with clients and tradespeople to deliver the project on time and budget.

Outside of the business they spend as much time with their 3 boys and 1 girl. Seeing their children develop and grow in the varied sports they play (rugby, netball, gymnastics, inline hockey and jet skiing) is hugely rewarding. During the winter months you will find the Roper family, snow skiing as much as they can.
