While the roof was being replaced Jim realized that one part of the house was not insulated – a small gift from a prior tradesman. In a gesture of real generosity Jim did this at no charge. There were many other instances of Jim’s thoughtfulness and kindness.

We recently used Refresh Renovations Waikato and are delighted by the end result! The renovation included a totally new kitchen layout, some alterations to a bathroom, new flooring and having the whole house painted internally. Plus new lighting throughout the house. Steve, very ably assisted by Nadeene & Lee, carried out the renovation in a very professional way providing advice and guidance as well as managing the various tradesmen involved.
