From Kick off to touch down the team of Mike, Sophia and Rachel delivered us two beautiful renovated bathrooms. Meeting Sophia and Rachel initially, getting our ideas and giving theirs, then taking it to the design team came up with designs we could visualise, then taking us to choose fittings etc made the job less onerous for ourselves, and we appreciated all their input during the reno. Mike is in a league of his own. His daily contact with us and his tradies, kept us in the loop as to what was happening. His subcontractors, being excellent tradespeople, respected him and ourselves so having them in the house, whilst a noisy, dusty experience, was made easier with them all cleaning up at the end of each day.We have no hesitation in recommending Refresh to anyone contemplating a renovation.

We worked with Saleem and his team on the renovation of our kitchen, laundry and hallway, two bathrooms and lounge. It required design work, stripping everything out and upgrading all areas. Our experience was extremely good and we would have no hesitation in recommending Saleem. The communication was very good, both in person and via emails and so forth. We found the online system really good. The quality of the work is very high. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout, and checks on quality were regularly undertaken as the works progressed. We completed on time, even with Covid 19 being a consideration. There were no delays and they were actually able to install the kitchen earlier than planned. We would definitely work with Saleem and the team again in the future. And it was fun!

I would rate Gazala Ansari 5 out of 5 and there were some issues with the attitude of tiler, placing of control and plumber sink but overall the final result is great and all my friends who I have shown the room to have loved it, So thanks very much Regards Jane.

Refresh Renovations did a superb job on our new bathroom. The secret to completing these kinds of projects on time and on budget is good project management - making sure that the right person arrives at the right time to do the right job in the right order. It's like herding cats, and Refresh Renovations proved themselves to be first class cat herders. Everything ticked over like clockwork. Even the occasional hiccup (there are always occasional hiccups) was slotted into the project plan without fuss, and everything continued smoothly. My wife and I were very, very impressed. Even my dog was impressed - he made so many new friends, and they all made a huge fuss of him every time they turned up to do another job. In all seriousness, Sophia, Rachel and Mike were, at all times, professional, skillful, full of plans and suggestions, good advice and good humour. I recommend them very, very highly and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

We chose Kendal and Mark to do our 1910 villa renovation in St Mary's bay from 3 different builders. We chose him because we liked him and because he gave us a very detailed quote. This made us feel more comfortable because we had a definite budget and we didn't want any nasty surprises. Kendal had great attention to detail and listened to everything we said. We were fussy clients and he delivered on everything and always gave us the extra 10%. There were no dramas. We are completely happy with the end result.

I am very pleased with the job Kris and his team did on my renovation. It came in on budget and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Kris communicated very well throughout the project, giving me good ideas on the alternatives which helped me to achieve what I wanted from the project. I trusted his judgement and got the positive results.

We have recently completed a large skylight replacement project for Lia and Tina at Refresh Renovations as a subcontractor. Highly recommend, from the initial site meeting they listened to our recommendations of design and the communication from Lia and project manager Nima throughout the project was extremely clear and efficient - Their client onsite also mentioned this.
