Mark and I recently had our very dated and old bathroom renovated by Refresh Renovations and have been rewarded with a brilliant modern new bathroom. This was our first renovation project ever and Refresh made it easy and seamless from step one through to completion. From our consultant Janelle through to our wonderful project manager Megan, it has been a rewarding experience in what can be a very stressful time! We would especially like to thank Megan for her patience, unfailing enthusiasm and smiling face and all her help in dealing with any hiccups that came up (very few of them!) Peter & Danielle were great to work with on the bathroom & laundry renovation in our 100 year old beach house. Peter project managed the process, showed us sample tiles, flooring, shower and hardware to consider. The project was completed on time and handed back to us after the new bathroom & laundry had been cleaned. Andre (Refresh Renovations) and the builder did a great job renovating our home. The job involved creating an upstairs area by adding 2 extra bedrooms, as well as removing interior walls to open up the existing space and creating a new kitchen. They were very professional. Andre worked closely with us to ensure the new work would meet our expectations & needs.

It was a seamless experience from beginning to end.

A big thank you to Matt and his team of local professional tradesman. We now have 2 new bathrooms, toilet and kitchen floor. I still don't believe it's our ensuite when I walk into the room, beautifully updated. Matt was wonderful to work with and having him as our project manager was brilliant. We couldn't have done this without him, combining our ideas with his own and having his advice and knowledge helped us through this renovation. Every build has its challenges, especially in an older home, but Matt sorted any problems quickly and took the stress out of the situation for us. We highly recommend this team and would use them again.

Paul and his team were very professional right from the start of our interaction to renovate our master ensuite. Once the job was underway the process went very smoothly. Refresh addressed our questions and concerns; the tradies were all excellent and they took special care not to damage or disrupt the rest of the household while the renovation took place. They inherited an extension ‘gone wrong’ and quickly rectified the issues, lifting our spirits and re-gaining our faith in the building process. I recommend Refresh Renovations without any hesitation... My kitchen was a disaster to say the least. It was old (built in the 60s) and tired. The appliances had seen better days and the state of the walls and roof was just herendous....(see pics) the kitchen was too small to be big but to big to be small limiting our options, or so i thought Shamrose came in and instantly had a positive outlook. He clearly likes a challenge. He was easy to work with, flexible with my requests and always called me back in a timely manner. Nothing was to hard. Shamrose took us through the process step by step with simple language, explaining everything to ensure we understood. He kept us in the loop all the way. The contractors were knowledgeable and professional too. Showed up on time everytime. They also had great communication. Yes, renos are expensive and, yes we could have done it cheaper on our own, but to have someone to organise all the things, have everyone on hand with exceptional skill and workmanship, was without a doubt worth every single cent! Needless to say, It was stress-free for the most part and we remained married 🤣 Thank you Shamrose. From the online enquiry to my completed dream kitchen, just brilliant!!
