We are dedicated to ensuring we have the right support in place, so that we can deliver on what we promise to our clients. Carla has been brought on to support our ever expanding business, busy office and dedicated project managers.
With over 20 years of experience in office administration, Carla has a strong focus on detail and is committed to ensuring tasks get done properly, and on time. Having held a number of Director level Personal Assistant roles in the past, Carla is well versed in assisting management to provide successful outcomes.
Exposure to sales and marketing gave Carla a sound understanding of what it takes to convey important messages, and to take care of client expectations. She has excellent knowledge of computer programs and is our go-to person whenever anyone is struggling with a computer not doing what it’s told! Carla and her husband Ryan have two beautiful young children, so their home is a busy lively space.
New Zealand has quickly become their much loved adopted country, after moving from their homeland in 2016. Time spent as a family is hugely important to Carla and in her spare time, you’ll find her bundling everyone into the car to head off for a day at one of the stunning beaches in the area. Playing in the sand, eating a picnic lunch, and laughing at the joy on the kid’s faces as they splash around in the sea, brings Carla much happiness.
Entertaining friends is a passion also, and relaxing with friends over a shared dinner is something Carla greatly enjoys. A love of gardening means you’ll often find Carla out in her garden keeping the weeds under control, and creating spots of garden magic. Carla loves being part of the successful Refresh Renovations Franklin team. Being able to apply her skills and contribute to the overall success of the business, gives her great satisfaction.
